We’re very excited about the upcoming Veritas Forum, featuring Rhetoric Professors Joseph Rhodes (UNLV) and Christian Lundberg (UNC Chapel Hill) dialoguing on “Christianity: Cornerstone or Crutch? An Agnostic and a Christian Discuss Identity and the Role of Faith”

Wednesday Evening February 1, 2017, 7:30pm – 9:00pm Harman Hall, Performing Arts Center (the PAC).

This event is open to all students, faculty, and staff members from Cal Poly and Cuesta.

Dr. Joseph Rhodes grew up in a very religious home and was at one time a youth pastor. Today, he’s an Agnostic. Dr. Christian Lundberg is not only a professor, but also serves as a pastor at his local church. Both professors have been good friends for for almost ten years. Additional information on academic backgrounds can be found here.

They spoke earlier this year at a similar Forum and the Veritas student planning team is very excited about having them here at Cal Poly. We hope you’ll consider inviting students or colleagues to join you in attending. More information will be available next month.
